Still time to complete survey

There’s still time for members of the public to tell Northumberland Wildlife Trust if, or why, they care about nature, via its online Wildlife Interests survey.

The survey’s results will be fed into a nation-wide study by the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts with the aim of increasing its understanding of the topics that interest people throughout the UK and also to test how certain values and ideas influence their likelihood to engage with nature. The results will help formulate its marketing and campaigning for 2018/2019.

At a time when nature is facing so many challenges with funding cuts to wildlife organisations working to protect nature, threats to green spaces from developers and the uncertainty of Brexit, the Trust would really appreciate it if the public got behind the survey and completed it.

But don’t delay, the survey runs until midnight on Sunday 3 December and can be accessed at http://wtru.st/2hAe4Qy
