Northumberland Wildlife is gearing itself up to hosting five events during the Easter holidays, aimed specifically at keeping people of all ages entertained.


An Easter egg hunt with a difference

Saturday 31 March, 10:00am - 11:00am
Location: Cresswell Foreshore, Northumberland

Take to the beach and hunt for eggs of a different kind this Easter Saturday.

Search the strandline for shark egg cases and other fascinating items and learn all about the sharks, rays and skates that call our coastal waters their home.

Easter Treasure Hunts

Friday 30 & Saturday 31 March, Sunday 1 & Monday 2 April,
10:00am - 3:00pm

Location: Northumberlandia, Cramlington

Say “hello” to the Lady of the North then drop in to the visitor centre, collect a trail sheet that leads visitors on a tour around the woodland, answer questions along the way and then collect a prize at the end. It’s that simple!

There is a charge of £3.00 per child. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18 and dogs must be kept on a lead.
