You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
TRADING
All monies made from the sales of goods on Northumberland Wildlife Trust’s online shop are paid to Northumberland Wildlife Trust.

PURCHASING
The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. If the item that you have ordered is unavailable, we may, from time to time, offer a substitute that is of equal or greater value and quality to the original item. If you are not entirely happy, you may return the substitute product.
When you submit your order you are allowing Northumberland Wildlife Trust to use your personal details to fulfill your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via email, telephone or letter.
DELIVERY
A post and packaging charge is payable on all orders placed on this website as indicated in the details for each item. Standard postage and packaging applies only to the UK, British Forces Post Office (BFPO) and Channel Island addresses. For deliveries to EU and International countries, please contact our Marketing Department who will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery within mainland UK is normally within five to ten working days of receipt of your order, however, please allow ten working days before querying a non-delivery. Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take longer. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and either despatch it as soon as it arrives, or you may prefer to cancel your order.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Should you be less than delighted with any item you buy from us for any reason, let us know immediately and return it in its original condition within 28 days of delivery, and we will be pleased to offer you a replacement or a full refund. This refund will cover the initial cost of the items purchased and delivery but not any delivery charges incurred by you on returning the item to us. If the item is damaged or we have supplied you with the incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement and for the item to be collected. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced within 10 days from when you contact us.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
You may return the whole order, or an individual product, in its original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition, within 28 days for a full refund.
If, after your order has been despatched, you wish to cancel the order because you no longer require the goods, you will need to send the goods back to us at your own expense. When the goods are received in good condition we will refund you for the goods only. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund.
