Vicki Mordue, Managing Director of Biodiverse Consulting has stepped in, with just 48 hours notice, as the fifth panellist at Northumberland Wildlife Trust's Big Wild Debate on Thursday 17 October.

Inspired by childhood expeditions to photograph wildlife led by her Dad, Vicki has been working in the Environmental Sector for almost 20 years; starting out as an undergraduate on Northumbria University’s Environmental Management Degree.

Her belief that wildlife protection and enhancement  can go hand in hand with development and that you effect change from within, has shaped her career in biodiversity and development.

Having delivered ecological survey and assessment on a range of projects across the UK and Ireland including Centre Parks and HS2  her latest venture, Biodiverse Consulting, provides developers with support on ensuring their development contributes to a net gain in Biodiversity.

Vicki will join fellow panellists Alan Charlton from Extinction Rebellion Durham, Jamie Driscoll the first elected North of Tyne Mayor, Dr Mike Jeffries Associate Professor in Ecology form Northumbria University and Mike Pratt, Northumberland Wildlife Trust.
