Go wild at Northumberlandia this August

With the summer holidays now in full swing, Northumberland Wildlife Trust is hosting a number of events at Northumberlandia this August as part of its campaign to get people enjoying their local green spaces.

From minibeast safaris and den building to bird box making and landscape trails, there really is something to keep children of all ages entertained - it is cheaper than a trip to the cinema and there is no need to book.

The events are as follows:

Minibeast Safari, Wednesday 1 August, 11:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 2:00pm. 
£2 per person. No need to book.

Den Building, Tuesday 7 August, 11:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 2:00pm. 
£2 per person. No need to book.

Sensory Activities, Wednesday 8 August, 11:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
£2 per person. No need to book.

Bird Box Making, Tuesday 14 August, 11:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
£5 per person. No need to book.

Go Wild Workshop, Wednesday 15 August, 11:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
£3 per person. No need to book.

Landscape Trail, Tuesday 21 August, 11:00am - 2:00pm.
£2 per person. No need to book.

Treasure Hunt, Wednesday 22 August, 11:00am - 2:00pm.
£3 per person. No need to book.

Minibeast Safari, Wednesday 29 August, 11:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
£2 per person. No need to book.
