To celebrate the days growing longer and the temperatures rising, on Saturday 11^th April between 10:30am and 3:30pm, the wildlife charity will be hosting an Easter Celebration Day at its St Nicholas Park reserve in the ground of St Nicholas Hospital, Newcastle.

Everybody is welcome and all the events are free of charge!

From pond dipping where guests can discover the wonders of the frogs, bugs and wiggly creatures in the reserve’s ponds and nature crafts with the ever-popular nature craft stall allowing nature lovers to get creative with all manner of materials, to a session on how to use iNaturalist - an app to help people identify plants and animals and become an expert nature detective- there is something for everyone to enjoy

The Trust is pleased to introduce a quiet hour from 10:30am - 11:30am to this season’s session - suitable for children and young people who prefer a calmer, less busy environment.
