About the event

Begin your foraging journey with a guided walk through Annstead Dunes, where you’ll learn how to identify, harvest, and use a variety of wild edibles.

This session will cover the basics of safe and sustainable foraging, legal considerations, and how to confidently recognise around 12 edible plants, including flowers, fruits, foliage, and fungi. You’ll also gain insights into their culinary uses, preservation methods, and potential medicinal benefits.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear as this event takes place outside. Ages 16+.
