Three vacancies have arisen through trustees having served their maximum permitted three-year tenure.

Following a review of the skills of its current board of trustees, the wildlife charity would really welcome applications from people with expertise in conservation, farming/land management or public health.

Throughout the course of a calendar year, trustees generally attend four board meetings, two half day ‘away-days’ and one AGM.

Mike Pratt, Northumberland Wildlife Trust Chief Executive says: “It’s a great time to be joining the Trust with all our wonderful projects and new Wilder Future, Catch my Drift and 2020 Vision projects which are just beginning.  Why not come on board, and help shape the future of the Region’s leading conservation organisation?”

Anybody over the age of 18 can apply by requesting an information pack from Paula Turner, Northumberland Wildlife Trust HR and Payroll Officer on: (0191) 284 6884 or via email at paula.turner@northwt.org.uk

The closing date is Saturday 18 May 2019.
