About the event

Join us at Northumberlandia for a day of drop-in bug themed activities to mark the opening of our bug trail from Aardman and the Royal Entomological Society!

Aardman has joined forces with the Royal Entomological Society to create an interactive trail that encourages families to shrink down to fly size, see the world through an insect’s eyes with Lloyd and his friends, and learn all about the brilliant world of minibeasts.

Drop-in throughout the day to be the first to explore the trail and take part in minibeast hunts. The trail will remain available throughout the summer holidays!

Find out more about the Lloyd of the Flies Bug Hunt (link coming soon).

Although this launch date is a drop-in event, please book a ticket so we know you're coming.
